TAN- A CURSE FOR MANY

I have met many people who complain of having a sun tanned skin. They do not like the dark brown colour of their skin. They indulge in every possible measure to get rid of their dark toned skin and to get back their pale skin.

So, you aren't the only one in this race to get rid of the SUN TAN! ( yayyyy!!!)
Sun Tan nowadays has become a fashion. There are several products available in the market which give you a fake tan that is tan without harmful sun rays.

With this TAN FRIENDLY trend getting a hype in the market there are many people who absolutely hate tanned skin and are searching ways to get their pale skin tone back.

For me, I think its better to stick to your natural skin tone because every skin tone is the BEST!.
Any kind or type of ARTIFICIALITY doesn't look good and is definitely not better than NATURALITY.

So, Today's post is all about and for NATURAL PEOPLE (hihi xD) I mean ANTI-TAN PEOPLE.

First and foremost we all should know what the heck is this TAN all about?
In a simple lay man's language-a tan is a  colour on the skin resulting from exposure to the sun.

Melanin is a pigment in our skin and is what gives our skin its colour. UVA causes a tan by oxidizing the melanin. Essentially, the melanin undergoes a chemical reaction after being exposed to UVA, causing it to become darker. When the melanin looks darker, the skin itself looks tanned and dark.

Therefore, natural tan is not at all healthy for skin. Therefore, one must take adequate precautions before stepping out in the sun.

Now, people who have already got their skin tanned and want to get rid of it. Here's my NATURAL remedy for them to get rid of tan and get an absolutely glowing and healthy skin. This is what I do for my glowing tan free skin.

INGREDIENTS:

1) CURD (skin cooling properties, probiotics and enzymes treat melanin, makes skin recover faster and is also an effective anti-ageing treatment)

2) LEMON JUICE (natural bleach and has de- pigmentation properties)

3) GRAMFLOUR (it will remove all the dirt and oil from your skin and your complexion becomes fairer)

METHOD:

Mix all the three ingredients mentioned above in the ratio of 3:1:2.
And apply it on the desired area for minimum of 15 minutes.
After that, wash it off with lukewarm water and pat dry your skin.

You will see the results after first application itself.

REMEMBER:
  1. keep yourself protected from harmful sun rays and do apply sunscreen with at least spf 30.
  2. Try not to go out in the sun during peak hours that is from 12 noon to 4 pm.
  3. Drink ample amount of water to hydrate the skin.
  4. Re-apply your sunscreen every 3 hours.
  5. Wear a hat or carry an umbrella with yourself to keep yourself safe from sunrays.

Keep the charm of your  tan free skin on!
tada!
